Quality assurance is the control laboratory of Germanium company. It consists of: chemical-spectral department and department of electro-physical parameters measurements.

In chemical-spectral department tests of primary and secondary raw material as well as finished products – germanium dioxide and germanium tetrachloride - are performed. The methods and up-to-date laboratory equipment allow to determine Germanium content in raw material with high precision from 5*10-4% to 100%, and impurities content – on the level of 10-9% - 10-4%.

Department of electro-physical parameters measurements perform quality control of poly- and monocrystalline germanium as well as products from it (blanks, discs, generated blanks).

Qualifications are made in accordance with Russian Standards and International standards ASTM that guarantees strict compliance with specifications for specific types of the products.
