Quality which meets the needs of our customers is always the strategy and basis of all our activity.

The guarantee of quality is the analytical laboratory of SE "Germanium". It consists of: chemical-spectral department and department of electro-physical parameters measurement.

In chemical-spectral department the analysis of primary and secondary raw material is performed, also such products as germanium dioxide and tetrachloride are analyzed. The methods and lab's equipment used allow to determine Ge content in raw material with high precision from 5*10^-4% to 100% and impurities content - on the level 10^-9% - 10^-4%.

In department for physical parameters measurement quality control of Ge poly- and monocrystalline is performed, also blanks and lenses are controlled here.

Measurements are made in accordance with Russian Standards and International standards ASTM. This guarantees strict observance of specifications for concrete products.
